The awesome destructive power caused by the December 26, 2004 mega 9.0 magnitude earthquake that triggered 12-15 meter high Tsunami waves, left more than 160,000 dead and hundreds of thousands homeless in Asia and East Africa .

Who can forget seeing the tragic images of the ferocious tsunamis - the mighty tsunamis that came in four waves - sweep away nearly everything in its path, and swallowing up defenseless and desperate men, women and children as they were fleeing for their lives! And very recently, another tragic earthquake in Indonesia with a magnitude of more than 6 on the Richter Scale, leaving more than 100 dead.

Jesus prophesied that one of the signs of His soon return would be "the sea and the waves roaring" and let me tell you, that is exactly what happened in the tsunami.  The sea and the waves were roaring indeed, and NO AMOUNT OF technology, money or any power on earth COULD NOT STOP IT!

ANOTHER BIBLE PROPHECY BY JESUS WAS 
"MEN'S HEARTS WOULD FAIL THEM FOR FEAR"

Another Bible Prophecy by Jesus was "men's hearts would fail them for fear".  Fear is gripping the world.  It seems all things are out of control and we are powerless to fix things.  People are anxious, worried and stressed out today, not knowing what the future holds for them. And no one can dispute that! Heart disease is the leading cause of death presently, followed by cancer and then diabetes, and yes, "men's hearts are failing them for fear" as another and yet another catastrophe occurs.

WHAT DOES THE FUTURE HOLD?

We know that these kinds of events have happened before and will continue until our blessed Lord will return, as Jesus prophesied nearly 2,000 years ago.  People do not have any solutions to the conflicts we are facing and no one knows what the future holds. 

EARTHQUAKES SHAKE AND THUNDER ROLLS

Several years ago, I did a study on earthquakes which indicated an increase in their numbers and intensity. The 1974 World Almanac stated: "There have been more earthquakes in this century than in all recorded history."

A May 26, 2005 News Report from Los Angeles carried the headline: 'Massive Quake in L.A.'s Future'. It stated: "Newly developed computer models suggest that a magnitude 7.5 earthquake on the Puente Hills fault, which runs under downtown Los Angeles, could be the most damaging quake to occur in the United States, researchers said Wednesday."

"Such a quake might not occur for 3000 years, but when it dies, it could cause as much as a quarter of a trillion dollars in damage, kill as many as 18,000 people and injure 268,000. as many as 735,000 homes could be damaged severely enough for their residents to require other shelter, according to the computer's analysis."

The recent killer earthquake that triggered the tsunami was the world's most powerful earthquake in 40 years. It originated on the ocean floor 100 miles west of Sumatra , Indonesia , sending the killer waves toward shore at speeds of up to 500 mph.  read Earthquakes - The Superquake.

WE ARE LIVING IN THE MOST DANGEROUS TIME IN HISTORY DISTRESS OF NATIONS, WITH PERPLEXITY

Again, our Lord said: "And upon earth, distress of nations, with perplexity."  The word 'perplexity' really means 'no way out.'  We are presently living in one of the most dangerous times since the beginning of human society. There have always been wars and conflicts down through the centuries, but today there is the grave possibility that fanatical agents of al-Quaida or other Islamic suicide bombers, could get access to atomic weapons, dirty bombs or canisters of deadly small pox, spreading panic and wiping out millions of people in a few concerted and well-planned attacks.

WHAT ABOUT THE  SIGNS IN THE HEAVENS?

Seasoned airplane pilots, will tell you that they have seen many unexplained things in the sky while flying their aircrafts!  Col. Bill Riddell of the US Air Force was a guest several times on our Night Watch Radio program in the 1980s. He spent fifteen years with the Canadian and US Military. For five years, he investigated hundreds of reports of UFO sightings. His assignment was to find answers to these two questions: Do flying saucers exist?  Are they a threat to National Security?

HERE ARE HIS FINDINGS: UFOs do exist, but they do not pose a threat to National security! How did he reach that conclusion? In his research, UFOs would suddenly appear on his radar screen. When he tried to track them, they disappeared! They came out of no-where and then disappeared into thin air! In other words, they did not come from anywhere. They simply appeared and then conveniently disappeared.

Clairvoyants were employed to make contact with the UFOs. After hundreds of conversations with them through clairvoyants, he discovered two things: First, the answers to his questions were at times clever and technically far above the medium's knowledge. At other times the answers were so ignorant that he knew someone was getting his jollies out of the interview. Second, on numerous occasions they agreed to meet face to face with the Colonial, but never kept their word. He concluded that they were all liars.

In the final analysis he understood that they were spiritual entities - demon spirits - appearing out of no-where, and then disappearing. They were highly intelligent beings, yet acting stupid at his expense and they were liars.

When Colonial  Bill Riddell realized that he had been dealing with lying demon spirits, emissaries of the devil, he called upon God for protection, forgiveness and salvation. The devil literally drove the investigator into the arms of Jesus! All glory and praise to god for his great mercy.

VISITS FROM ANGELS

Agnes and Asaph Roth had experienced the supernatural power of God for many years. They had been married for 63 years, when her husband passed away on Agnes' birthday in the Salem Manor Nursing Home, Leduc on Friday December 7, 2001 . The nurses related that Asaph had experienced something very wonderful on the Tuesday before his death. Very excitedly, he had stated: "I see the angels and they are so beautiful."

A couple days before his death, two angels appeared in Agnes' bedroom at home. They were both kneeling. One looked at her and then the other one turned and looked at her as well. Then, they were gone. Immediately, she thought: "One of us is going to die." Two days later, they came to carry her husband Asaph home to Jesus!  Praise the Lord.

A SUPERNATURAL LIGHT APPEARS

In the early 1970s, Agnes Roth and her daughter Jeane had just arrived at home one evening. They lived on a farm six miles from Kavanah , Alberta . It was dark and they were walking from the shed to the house, when suddenly a light came from the north and encircled them like a search light, lighting up the yard. They stood and observed this strange event for about fifteen seconds and then it sped away and the darkness returned.

On another occasion, also in the early 1970s three of there family were driving from the farm. As they came over a hill, they saw something like a split in the sky with fire rolling, boiling over and over! They thought someone's house or barn was on fire.

SIGNS IN THE SUN, AND IN THE MOON

In February 1966, Agnes and Asaph Roth were returning home after attending the funeral of Elsie and Herman Schmidt who had been killed in an automobile accident just a half mile from their farm.  Asaph's brother Dave and his wife Hilda were with them in the car. It was about 6 PM when they stopped in Kavanah to buy some gasoline. Getting out of the automobile, Asaph looked toward the sky and said: "What's happening with the moon"?

Before their very eyes, the moon turned reddish-orange. Its shape looked like a bomb. It changed again into a mushroom cloud, then into the form of a coffin lying on its side.  Then, it turned back to a mushroom cloud! Three truck drivers and the owner of the garage had just come out of the service station and everyone stood speechless looking at the moon! They exclaimed: "What is going on?  What's going to happen now?"

Agnes spoke up: "Haven't you read what the Bible says".  "O ye hypocrites, Ye can discern the face of the sky: but can ye not discern the signs of the times?"  Agnes then said, "You must repent of your sins and give your heart to Jesus."  They didn't say another word, but just kept looking at the strange sight.

After a while the Roth's headed home and while they were driving, the mushroom cloud slowly began to spread across the sky and the moon came back to its normal shape and color.

Later, they received confirmation from three other people who had seen it in different parts of Canada. They did not know what the mushroom cloud represented until a couple months later, when they saw a picture in the Edmonton Journal of an atomic explosion.

JESUS SENDS WARNINGS AND SIGNS

STRANGE SOLAR FLARES OVER THORSBY

Mike Dedio of Thorsby, Alberta photographed an awesome sight at midnight March 29, 2001.  He lives on a farm 3 miles south of town and witnessed the phenomenal sights together with several others from 11:30 PM until 4:00 AM .

At 11:30 Mike's wife said to husband: "Look, there must be a huge fire somewhere!"   While they watched, the sky turned red and there were 80 straight lines evenly spaced, going from south to north.  A man who had seen the strange sight, discussing the event later at the Barber Shop, trembled with fear and said: "THE GOOD LORD IS COMING!"

Mike Dedio writes: "On the March 31, 2001 evening News, Clare Martin told her viewers to look at the sky about 11:00 PM because solar flares from the sun would hit the earth."

"We went outside at 11:30 PM and sure enough the south-half of the sky had red spots moving around very slowly. With the solar flares, 40 or so laser light-lines were in place too. The center from which the lines appeared was over the USA border, somewhat southwest."

"We watched this until midnight , went in the house to warm up as it was minus-10C.  At 12:05 , 40 more laser lines started to move northwards over Canada .  It took about eight minutes for the lines to cover all the sky on the north side of Canada, lighting up the entire sky like an umbrella."

The light lines were equal distance apart and DID NOT move once they were in place for over 4 hours.  In Luke 21:25 it mentions the 'ocean waves roaring' against the shore and 'signs in the sky'.  It also says that Christ will appear after these signs occur.  Let us stand straight and be ready for the Lord's return in very close.

I have talked to many people during the past year, and have found about 10 people who saw this sign. These pictures are almost 100% accurate of the midnight sky, March 29-30.  Here are a few people who I know saw it: Mr. & Mrs. Erhart Jeske, Mr. & Mrs. Mike Kostyk, Mr. & Mrs. Lawrance Rumak and  Mr. & Mrs. Gerry Buchard.  I think that people should know we are truly living in the End-Times! "

ANGEL VISITS RED SUCKER LAKE - Manitoba, Canada

Kathryn Harper was 'hanging out the wash' on a summer day in 1977.  A loud overhead noise caused her to scan the sky for a jet-plane! What she saw startled her.  Directly above her was a whirlwind heading straight down.  As Kathryn started running toward the house, an angel of God stood before her!  He was shining and transparent.  And he appeared to be surrounded by clouds.

The heavenly messenger addressed Kathryn Harper thusly: "Jesus is coming soon.  Tell everyone to repent of their sins.  Those who are left behind will suffer terribly.  They will all perish."

As suddenly as he had appeared, God's angel ascended in a whirlwind of light!  And Kathryn Harper fell to the ground, overcome by the mighty power of God! How long she was on the ground is unsure, but when her daughter Eileen dropped in to visit, she was lying face - down, unable to get up.

Eileen thought her mother had fainted, but observed her lips moving in prayer.  When Eileen asked, "What happened?  Are you alright?"  her mother whispered, "I have seen an angel."

A neighbour assisted Eileen into the house,  dragging her inside and placing her on a bed!  After her husband, Pastor Alan B. Harper and others prayed for her, Eileen was able to share what she had seen and heard.

A burden to fast and pray came upon Kathryn, which she did for three days. Word spread and people came from far and wide to hear her amazing testimony! And a revival of God's grace swept across the area! Let us examine the Angel's message.

END TIMES SIGNS THAT JESUS IS COMING SOON

This is entirely in keeping with the Bible!  Jesus promised:  "And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto Myself; that where I am, there ye may be also."  (John 14:3). At the time of His ascension, two angels prophesied that Jesus would return: "...This same Jesus, which is taken up from you into Heaven shall so come in like manner as ye have seen Him go into Heaven".  (Acts1:9-11).

The Bible says:  "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; And He shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you." (Acts 3:19-21)

And St. Paul wrote: "For the Lord Himself shall descend from Heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God:  and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

"Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up (harpazo, gr.-snatched up) together with them in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord." (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18)

TELL EVERYONE THEY MUST REPENT or PERISH

What is repent you may wonder?  How can I repent?  To repent means to change, turn around and walk a different path. The word 'sin' means "to miss the mark", disobey, rebel and violate God's laws.

Jesus said, "Repent or you will all likewise perish." (Luke 13:3). The Bible says, "Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and He will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon."  (Isaiah  55:7). Repentance means having "godly sorrow for sin" and a turning from evil.

THOSE LEFT BEHIND WILL SUFFER TERRIBLY.  THEY WILL 
ALL PERISH

This refers to the 'great tribulation', which will occur after Jesus has returned to rapture His Church.

The Bible says:  'For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be?. (Matthew 24:21)  "And in those days shall men seek death, and not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from him." (Revelation 9:6)

During the great tribulation, men like Dr. Jack Kevorkian (euthanasia and suicide advocates) will be powerless to practice their craft! Jesus warned of the dreadful time that will take place when the Antichrist will rule with a vengeance, and God will send His plagues upon the earth.

"And I beheld when He had opened the sixth seal, and lo, the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood:  And the stars fell from Heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind."

"And the heaven departed a scroll when it is rolled together, and every mountain and island is moved out of their places.  And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;

And said to the mountains and the rocks, fall on us, and hide us from the face of Him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: For the great day of His wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand." (Revelation 6:12-17)

JESUS SENDS WARNINGS AND SIGNS SO THAT WE CAN 
PREPARE - ARE YOU READY TO MEET HIM?

May we not neglect Jesus' warning, as well as the 'angel of God', who visited a little Indian village in the backwoods of northern Manitoba more than twenty-five years ago.

Angels of God are sent to minister to those who are heirs of eternal life.  They are often deployed by God to a bring warning of coming judgment upon a corrupted and perverse society! Amen.
